Play Therapy

Play Therapy encourages the expression of a child’s thoughts and feelings because play is an essential element in a child’s emotional, psychosocial, cognitive, and behavioral development. Children also use play as a method of expressing themselves in ways that are not possible through direct communication since play is their native language.
A child uses play to reveal any confusion, frustration, or anxiety that may be impeding their development or preventing
them from enjoying a happy, healthy childhood.
